What is microdosing
Microdosing is the practice of taking a small amount of a psilocybin (about 1/10th of a recreational dose) to help enhance your overall wellbeing.
By combining with a regular schedule (also known as a protocol), and a clear intention, it has the power to boost your mood, elevate creativity, increase focus, and rewire outdated patterns that no longer serve you.
